For welded connections, the basic forms and dimensions of the welded joints must comply with GB/T985; the welds must not have defects such as incomplete welds, burn-through, cracks, pores, slag inclusions, incomplete penetration, and serious undercuts. All weld beads and slag must be thoroughly cleaned.

5. No exposed sharp edges, corners, burrs, or dangerous protrusions are allowed in areas accessible to passengers.

6. Bearings and surfaces with relative motion must have lubrication measures and allow for easy addition of lubricant; oil dripping is not allowed; no oil leakage is allowed in parts without relative motion.

7. The connection between the motor and the coupling must be good. The coaxiality and end face clearance of the two shafts of the coupling must comply with GB50231.

8. Transmission gears must meet gear standards and must not have abnormal meshing or wear.

9. Belts must be properly tensioned, and their assembly requirements must comply with GB50231.

10. Fiberglass parts

a) Imperfect impregnation, poor curing, bubbles, delamination of cutting surfaces, uneven thickness, etc., are not allowed.

b) The surface must not have cracks, damage, obvious repair marks, exposed fabric texture, wrinkles, unevenness, inconsistent color, etc. The transition at corners must be smooth.

c) The inner surface must be clean and no fiberglass ends should be exposed.

d) Resin content should be controlled at 50%-60%, and the gel coat thickness should be 0.25-0.5mm.

e) The edges of fiberglass parts must be flat, smooth, and free of delamination.

f) When fiberglass parts are directly connected to load-bearing parts, metal parts should be embedded. The embedded metal parts should be degreased, rust-proofed, cleaned, and roughened.

11. Appearance

a) The shape, decorations, and paint patterns of water amusement facilities should be beautiful and generous, and clear and eye-catching. There should be no bumps, cracks, or roughness that affect the appearance.

b) Exposed metal parts should not show rust.

c) The surface of electroplated parts should be smooth, bright, and uniform, and should not have delamination, bubbles, obvious scratches, or exposed base defects.

12. Painting

a) Rust and other dirt must be removed before painting. The quality of manual rust removal must reach ST2 level in JB/T5000.12.

b) The inner surface of open metal components should be coated with rust-proof paint with a thickness of 60-80μm. The exposed surface of metal parts must be spray-painted or powder-coated. The paint layer thickness should be 100-150μm, and the plastic layer thickness should be 200-500μm.

c) The surface of fiberglass must be treated before spraying.

d) The coating should not have obvious sagging, wrinkling, peeling, cracking, or missing paint defects.

13. Fiberglass boats should use fiberglass cloth or felt with an alkali content of no more than 5% and a paraffin content of no more than 0.2% as reinforcing materials, and should use unsaturated polyester resin with good water resistance and processability as an adhesive.

14. Pleasure boats must have sufficient stability in their structure, and the hull must not leak.

15. Pleasure boats should have protective devices to withstand collisions. The boat's hoisting ring device must be safe and reliable.

16. The control lever and foot pedals of pedal boats should rotate smoothly and easily, and no jamming is allowed. The rotational force and steering force should not exceed 30N.

17. All types of pleasure boats should be equipped with handrails, and the seats should be firm. Handrails should have rust-prevention measures.

19. A nameplate indicating the model, main dimensions, rated passenger capacity, manufacturer, and manufacturing date should be affixed to a prominent location on all types of pleasure boats.

20. Pleasure boats should have sufficient strength. Under 25% overload, the deformation of the fiberglass hull length and width should not exceed 0.35% of the hull length L and molded width B, and there should be no permanent deformation after the load is removed.

21. The allowable deviation of the basic dimensions of the boat is: Length L ±0.5%, Molded width B ±0.1%, Molded depth D ±1%.

22. The boat's molding mold must have correct lines, a smooth surface, and no cracks or unevenness.
